• Data that Google may collect when displaying the embedded map (Google Maps) on the Contact page, in accordance with its own privacy policy.

How we use it

We use the data you submit exclusively to respond to your request or inquiry and to communicate with you regarding a possible business partnership. We do not use your data for advertising purposes and we do not sell or rent it to third parties.

Legal basis for processing

Processing is based on your consent, given by voluntarily completing and submitting the contact form, as well as on our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries.

Who has access to your data

Messages from the contact form are sent via the Resend service, which acts as our data processor. The website is hosted on Vercel's infrastructure. Both providers are based in the United States: Vercel Inc. is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF) and applies Standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission where required; Resend states in its own privacy policy that it takes appropriate measures to protect data transferred outside the European Economic Area. We do not share your data with any other third parties beyond those referred to in this Policy.

Retention period

We retain the data you submit through the contact form for as long as necessary to handle your request and, if a business relationship arises, for as long as required by that relationship and applicable law. In all other cases, we delete it within 12 months of the last communication.
